Sugar™ Golf Ball - 27 Day No Questions Return Policy
We know what ball you play with is an extremely personal choice and that making a change is a big decision. That’s why we offer a 27 day no questions returns policy. Return the box with at least 24 untouched Sugar balls inside and you will be refunded for those balls.
With the robot testing that has been done and the stats there for all to see, we are confident that you won’t need to send any back. But it’s great to know you can, so you can make the change with confidence!

- Balls used will be discounted from your purchase price per ball to calculate refund
- Return shipping will be at the buyers expense
- Returned goods must be received within 27 days of ordering

EGN Golf Ltd offers an absolute satisfaction guarantee where you can return any unopened item within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- If you wish to return an item please package it up securely and include a full description of your reason for return.
- Please retain your proof of postage.
- Any faulty item must have a full description of what the fault is.
- If your item is damaged please inform us within 3 working days of receiving it.
- If the item is not as described, damaged or if an incorrect item has been sent and received, we will refund postage cost of the item to be sent back to us up to the value €6.
- Please ensure the item is sent back exactly how it was received.
- We reserve the right not to grant a refund or pay the postage for a return where sizing is the cause of the return and will state this on each item listed.
