The following are the EGN Golf T&Cs :

Delivery

Prices exclude all taxes within the EU. You will have to pay taxes and duty in your country prior to delivery of the goods.

Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Please check your countries regulations before placing your order as EGN Golf cannot be responsible for any extra charges incurred.

Rate of delivery is clearly stated with each individual product. Usually, orders received Monday - Saturday 9.00am, are dispatched within 24 hours from receipt of order, subject to stock. All goods are fully insured in transit. 

Order Acceptance
Your order is not accepted until your credit/debit card payment is cleared. Any e-mail, on-screen receipt or other acknowledgement of your order is merely to report that your request has been received and does not in any way denote acceptance of your order, regardless of any wording on the e-mail or the receipt.

EGN Golf LTD reserves the right, at any time prior to acceptance, to refuse any order or any part of an order, or to require further or better information to enable it to evaluate and/or process the order. All goods remain the property of EGN Golf LTD until paid for in full.

Order Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days, beginning on the day after you receive your goods. If the goods have already been despatched they must be returned to us in an unused condition to qualify for a full refund, and that includes the packaging.

Please note that cancellation of custom fit or logo orders may be subject to a cancellation and/or restocking fee. This fee will depend on the size of the order and will be quoted should you wish to cancel the order.

Competitions
We reserve the right to publish the names and location of our competition winners.

Foreign Currencies
We only display prices in Euros on this website to aid EU customers. 

Complaints
In the unlikely event that you have a complaint about our site or service, please e-mail us at admin@egngolf.co.uk and we will attempt to remedy the situation. We endeavour to respond to all complaints within five days and resolve them within a further seven days.

Business hours
We are open from 8.00am to 6.00pm 7 days per week. We will try our very best to answer your message enquiries as accurately and promptly as possible.

Payment
We would very much appreciate payment as promptly as possible so we can get all orders out before our afternoon cut off time. If you are having problems making your payment do not hesitate to contact us on above email address, via our contact form on the website and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Your statutory rights are not affected. All images are for illustrative purposes only; colours may vary from those shown.
